Care Connection Partner Training

Users must log in to access the training material

The Care Connection Partner Training room is designed to measure your mastery of knowledge and concepts provided in the following training modules:

Elder Abuse Prevention Training

Users must log in to obtain a Certificate of Completion

Annual Elder Abuse Prevention training is required for licensed providers and ADSD grantees.  This training consists of a pre-test, 3 videos and a post-test.  Upon completion of the training, users will be able to see their results and print a certificate of completion.

Money Follows the Person (MFP) Training

The Money Follows the Person (MFP) Transitioning Home training contains three modules that provide information to anyone who is considering moving from a nursing home to the community. Upon completion of the training, users will have an understanding of public programs, specifically the Money Follows the Person program, that is available to consumers who qualify to help in such transitions, as well as general information to consider when moving out of a nursing home.

Personal Assistance Services Training

Personal Assistance Services training covers the general foundations of caregiving, such as: dressing and undressing, bathing and grooming, assistance with feeding, and more. This training consists of 14 modules, each with a corresponding quiz. These modules are not meant to provide any certification as a personal worker, however they do cover mandated topics for personal assistance workers. Users must fully complete a module before testing for it. once you have completed the module you may take the test at any time.
